| We ensure that individuals work in different groups and pairs throughout the retreat, maximizing the interaction with people outside their normal work group.
To make sure that the learning that takes place during the retreat transfers to the daily work environment, we ask each team member to make a commitment to themselves and to the team about what they will personally do differently as a result of what they’ve learned.
