"To have the undivided attention of a coach who has no agendas other than to make me better at what I'm doing was invaluable. Accurate reflections with poignant questions here and there got me to many "next action" steps. Their focus on strengths was equally validating. I believe I received a great return on my investment of time and money." Gerard Veneman, Chief Executive Officer, The Children's Home, Inc., Tampa, Florida

"Pam and Marci have helped me to see the areas that I might be hindering my own career growth. I have learned to deal with conflict, confrontation and work challenges professionally and have begun to recognize the role I play (good and bad) in my own process. They make you think past what may be on the surface and help you look at the facts, alternatives and possible solutions/outcomes that often go undiscovered." Taryn Pyle, Director, Association of Independent Corrugated Converters, Alexandria, Virginia
