Marci is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation with a BA degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, specialized coach training from CoachU, Corporate CoachU and the Relationship Coaching Institute. Marci is a member of the National Speaker's Association, the Central Florida Speaker's Association (graduate CFSA Speaker's Academy), the International Coach Federation and the Tampa Bay Professional Coaching Association. She has provided consulting, coaching, professional speaking and training services for more than 13 years.
Marci's background includes senior executive and CEO positions in the non-profit arena as well as starting and running her own neighborhood newspaper at the ripe age of twelve. For many years, Marci, along with her partner, Pam Williams, quenched her thirst for adventure by serving as a business turnaround specialist, routinely rescuing companies on the verge of financial disaster. Her 25+ years experience gives you the edge you are looking for. Pam Williams, ACC, Vice-President & Chief Innergy Officer
Pam is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation with a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida, specialized coach training from CoachU, Corporate CoachU and the Relationship Coaching Institute. Pam is a member of the National Speaker's Association, the Central Florida Speaker's Association (graduate CFSA Speaker's Academy), the International Coach Federation and the Tampa Bay Professional Coaching Association. She has provided professional speaking, workshop facilitation, consulting and coaching services since 1995. Pam's background includes progressively responsible management positions as well as a stint as an interim CEO. For many years Pam served as a turnaround specialist, rescuing companies on the brink of financial disaster. Her communication skills help teams get all the issues on the table - and come up with creative ways to resolve those issues. Pam works easily with staff at all levels of an organization.
